Comfrey Salve

Comfrey is the ultimate healing herb. It accelerates healing of the skin and wounds, inhibits the growth of bacteria, helping to prevent infections, and minimizes scarring. Comfrey contains Allentown which boosts cell growth and repair, and is anti-inflammatory, relieving pain, inflammation, and swelling in joints and muscles.

Comfrey can be used for the treatment of bruises, pulled muscles and ligaments, fractures, sprains, strains, and osteoarthritis.

Ingredients: Grass fed beef tallow and extra virgin olive oil infused with comfrey, beeswax.

*Comfrey is not to be used on very deep wounds as it’s healing ability is very strong and the wound needs time to heal internally first. In cases of deep puncture wounds, we recommend using a yarrow tincture for a longer amount of time to heal the inside and then applying the salve once the wound has become more superficial.
