This tincture is made specifically to soothe temporary discomforts associated with a normal menstrual cycle, as well as the painful contractions one experiences after birth as the uterus shrinks back down to its normal size. This usually only happens with second, and subsequent births, and can be more painful than labour contrations.

Dosage:
1-2 squeezes (60-90 drops) every 4 hours or as needed
